We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Support

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear product photos and an unboxing video recorded while opening the courier package. This video is mandatory for verification and claim approval.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

The parcel opening video must be recorded from the start without cuts or pauses
The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video
The entire unpacking process must be captured
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted

Eligibility for Replacement (If Approved)

Product must be unused and unwashed
Original tags must remain attached
Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Valid unboxing video proof must be provided
Approval is subject to verification by our support team

Non-Eligible Requests

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Claims without unboxing video proof
Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences

Refund Policy
